When Channel One came to visit our school this year, they somehow discovered that we are working with some pretty cool animations in the computer lab these days. Not only are the animations getting better, but some of the more artistically gifted and talented students at BDCS are finding out what they can do with some of the Macromedia programs. It has all been a learning experience for me to this point as well and I am looking forward to more opportunities to show our work. But mainly, of course, I would like to highlight the students' work. The following is a collaboration done by me and Lydia Perez. She received a huge credit on the video before they ran this 5 second "bumper" (as it was termed by Micah at the Channel One studios), and is a great example of her artistic abilities.
